These terms govern your use of FindDetailer. By browsing the site or creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What FindDetailer is

We publish a directory of auto detailing businesses. A listing is information, not a recommendation: appearing here is not an endorsement, a certification, or a guarantee that a business is licensed, insured, or any good. We are not a party to anything you arrange with a detailer, and we do not take bookings or payments on their behalf.

Accuracy

Listing details are compiled from public sources and from owners themselves. Businesses move, change hours, change prices, and close. We do not warrant that any detail on this site is current or correct, and you should confirm anything that matters directly with the business.

Accounts and claimed listings

You may create an account to add your business or to claim a listing we already publish. When you claim or submit a listing, you confirm that you own the business or are authorised to act for it. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any listing - including for misrepresented ownership, an inaccurate description, or content that does not belong on the site.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials to yourself.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of everything you upload - photos, descriptions, business details. By submitting it you grant FindDetailer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory, including in search results and social previews. The licence lasts while the content is on the site; remove the content or your listing and it ends, apart from copies already cached by third parties such as search engines.

Only submit photos you took or otherwise have the right to publish. Do not upload someone else's images, other companies' logos, or anything containing people who have not agreed to appear. You are responsible for what you upload, and we remove content that infringes someone's rights when we are told about it.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• submit listings for businesses that do not exist or that you do not represent;
• post fake reviews, ratings, or credentials;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the directory;
• attempt to break, overload, or probe the service;
• use the site to send spam to the businesses listed here.

We may suspend or delete accounts and listings that do any of this, without notice.

Our own content

The site design, code, and the compiled directory as a whole belong to FindDetailer. You may link to any page here freely. You may not republish the directory or substantial parts of it as your own dataset or product.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, FindDetailer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising out of work performed by a business you found through this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change and continued use means the new version applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
